Established in 1970, Seaton-Jordan & Associates Ltd. is a privately-held consulting firm based in Calgary, Alberta. We specialize in non-reserve oil & gas land evaluations and database management services for the oil & gas industry.
In 2012, Seaton-Jordan merged with Independent Land Evaluations, a Calgary-based company focused on leveraging technology to create efficiencies in non-reserve evaluations. Together, the new company has secured its position as the leader in mineral land evaluations and records auditing.

Jim Eistetter
As the President of Seaton-Jordan, Jim has over 18 years of marketing experience, including ten years in the oil & gas industry. Jim was previously the Managing Partner of Independent Land Evaluations. As an experienced A&D advisor, Jim brings his expertise to the role of Lead Evaluator at Seaton-Jordan.
